The legal terms for using Walkable

Welcome to Walkable. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Walkable mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You must be able to lawfully enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind them.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
Walkable uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple account. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us.
3. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal tracking purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our intellectual property.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Pricing and subscription tiers are subject to change. Billed through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in your App Store settings.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Walkable disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions via the App Store. Sections that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will continue.
